Mold Design
The team with more than 20 years of experience in mold design is product-oriented. Starting from the DFM report, we use tools such as Mold Flow and FEA to analyze filling pressure, molecular orientation, cooling, deformation, shrinkage, etc., optimize gate location, cooling system layout, etc.
Our design & R&D team is very familiar with using Moldflow software for plastic product injection molding simulation to improve plastic product design, mold design and manufacturing process before completing the DFM report.
Mold Manufacturing
Advanced processing and testing equipment, the accuracy can be controlled within 0.001-0.005 mm. The processing center can appropriately shorten the delivery time of mold processing, mold repair and mold modification.
